A mild substitute for the stronger respiratory oils, such as eucalyptus etc.
If you find these too strong or you don’t have them in the house, but do suffer from respiratory problems, you can use cedarwood. This is also a fine respiratory oil for children.
It can help heal small cuts and scrapes, for acne, oily skin, rashes, psoriasis, skin diseases, alopecia

Cedarwood can be atomized or applied diluted under the feet instead of taking melatonin (Cedarwood stimulates pineal gland in the production of melatonin). To improve and normalize the sleep rhythm.
